What is the lead time for products?

In general, for standard products, our lead time is 25~30 days. But for custom-made products, lead time will be depended on the products design and structure. In addition, Orders must have 30% deposit paid before production, and 70% balance paid before shipment.

Do you have MOQ requirements?

For some of our standard products, we will set some MOQ request, but for most of products, we don’t set MOQ. But the quantities are different, the price is different, If you have any MOQ question, please feel free to contact us: sales@vitraluce.com.

Do you custom-make lighting?

Yes! Vitraluce former business is custom made all kinds of decorative lighting, we have professional workshop and engineering team to achieve customer’s custom-made products requirement. You can email sales@vitraluce.com with your drawing or concept.

What is the warranty for products?

In general, according to different configuration requirement, we will provide 3 years or 5 years warranty for our standard products. If you want to know more about warranty or guarantee, please feel free to send our email sales@vitraluce.com.
